  Dr. Podjasek is such a professional and knowledgeable provider! I had seen him at a different office in the past and when I was told he was no longer working there I searched him on google. I saw he was listed as a provider at Dermatology Associates and called to schedule an appointment. The hold was very long to schedule an appointment. I went in for my appointment two weeks later and once again I left happy after seeing Dr. Podjasek. Front desk wasn't the friendliest. The nurse or assistant was very nice and went over proper post op instruction. Billing department is a NIGHTMARE. Terrible wait time over the phone just for someone to answer, no voicemail option and rude billing department staff.

  I've been to their office for different procedures with different people and I've been 100% satisfied with each visit. The costmatology procedures offerings are up to date and the staff is polite and knowledgeable. I've experienced Shannon Morrow and she is pleasant and provides all the info you need before the procedure. I was surprised to see a few negative reviews, and one in particular regarding Shannon's service. She has tons of knowledge and experience. I am very comfortable with her when she does my procedures. If you weren't satisfied, you can always go elsewhere!
