  I been with State Farm for maybe 10 + years and this is the third time in two years I've had a problem with Jackie Grant staff. They are untrained very unprofessional and have the attitudes as if they could careless what the problem is that you are inquiring about with your policy. The wrong information has been put in and im being charged for it.
  
  Mrs. Grant if you read this post I am asking that you please train your staff correctly; If not you will lose a lot of clients.
