  Hate to say it, but I had to switch to a different agent because even the most basic of details were messed up. Only half of my policies had address changes whenever I moved. I was sold a homeowners policy on a property that I never owned . . . Even though the current mailing address wasn't that property. My contact phone number was typically another family members because they couldn't keep our policies straight. The worst was when the wrong policy was canceled (the policy had been around for 30 years) because they mixed up which family was contacting them. I'm glad I never had to make a claim. I wasn't always correctly covered because of this office.
