  Get In Shape For Women in LaGrange is fabulous! Not only did they help me lose weight and get fit, they helped me learn to eat healthy and gain self confidence. The small group setting makes it easy to develop friendships and build your own personal support team. The trainers, Susie and Hayley, are amazing. They make the workouts fun, easy to take with you when traveling, and are very supportive and encouraging throughout your weight loss/ fitness journey. I can't speak highly enough about these trainers and the program! I've tried many things to get fit through the years, and this program truly works. I look younger and feel better than I have in many years!
