  I've been to quite a few Trader Joe's and have had no problems. This location, however, is lacking in friendliness and positivity. Several workers there have been downright rude to us. From throwing our items, putting wine bottles next to each other without a paper wine bag over at least one, to literally ignoring us while they rang us up. I drive further down the rode to the one in Downers Grove now...it's way worth the drive out there, so as not to be mistreated while giving them my business.
  
  The real manager reached out to me and offered a sincere apology. He informed me that if I returned, I wouldn't have that problem again. Some staff members continue to be aloof to us... but otherwise it's not as bad as before.
